The story

It started with a camera and an eye for content.

Joseph Moyer got his start young. Growing up in Mooresville, North Carolina, he'd been editing footage since quarantine — then he was gifted a camera for his birthday, and putting those two things together, he started making high-quality video at 16.

He ran marketing for all kinds of local companies and saw success early, with a real knack for creating content that actually converts. Then it clicked how much further that could go once he learned the ads side — he taught himself the Meta formula and strategy, and how the right content paired with the right ads makes a business real money.

Over the years he niched all the way down into pool builders — spending about a year focused on the space before taking it nationwide. Today NGM exists to make pool builders the #1 option in their market, anywhere in the country. What drives him is simple: meeting people, and adding real value to the businesses and lives around him.
