We're picky on purpose — and it pays off.
We work with one type of company, one per market: custom and luxury pool builders who transform the entire backyard — not one piece of it. Because our pay is tied to your results, we only take builders we're confident we can win for.
Pool builders who
transform the whole backyard.
Custom and luxury pool builders where the pool is the centerpiece — and the entire outdoor space gets built around it. One builder, one contract, one complete transformation. That's the only company we work with.
+ The hardscape
Patios, decks, stone and structure — built as part of the same project.
+ The outdoor living
Kitchens, pergolas, fire features — the spaces people actually live in.
+ The landscaping around it
The finishing layer that completes the transformation — part of the project, never the whole business.
One company builds all of it — whole-backyard, high-end, pool-anchored. That's who we take.
The fit questions builders ask.
What kind of businesses does NGM work with?
We work exclusively with custom and luxury pool builders who do complete backyard transformations — the pool as the centerpiece, with the hardscape, outdoor living and surrounding landscaping built as part of the full project. We're not a general agency, and we don't take single-trade contractors — no outdoor-kitchen-only, landscaping-only or deck-only companies.
Do you work with brand-new pool builders?
Generally no. NGM is built for established builders doing $3M+ a year with a proven product and the capacity to take on more work. Brand-new builders still figuring out their offer aren't the right fit yet.
What size pool builder do you work with?
Typically established builders doing $3M or more per year. What matters most is that you're proven, you can handle more jobs, and you want to become the number-one option in your market.
Do you work with more than one builder in the same market?
No. We take one builder per market and never run our system for a direct competitor in the same area. When a market's claimed, it's closed to everyone else. Check if yours is open →
What do you look for in a builder you take on?
An established, quality builder doing full backyard transformations who can handle more work, is willing to let us fly out and film their real projects, trusts the process, and wants a system they own — not just the cheapest possible leads.
